Desert Bounty Herbs is the creation of Meg Keoppen, who has lived and worked in southern Arizona for three decades and more.  She is a master gardener, herbalist, sustainable wild crafter, plant lover, teacher, writer, chef, and lover of the natural world.  Desert Bounty Herbs began as a search for healthy natural medicines for her own young children in 1978 and has expanded from her original "miracle" product, an herb salve handcrafted from olive oil, organic comfrey, walnut, elderberry, malva, calendula herbs, and beeswax.  Desert Bounty Herbs now also makes fine vegetable oil soaps, lip butters and other natural skin nourishing products.   Check back for seasonal workshops and evolving products list.
